1. Teamwork!  Each team is assigned a Member-At-Large to assist with Registration, Ratings Procedures and Processes, Competition, Rules of Play, etc.

3. MANAGERS' COUNCIL INFORMATION!  Contact:  Assistant Commissioner Brian Crumby

In the Spring season, Managers' Council meetings are mandatory for Managers. If the Manager or a designated member from your team is absent from a mandatory meeting a fine may be issued and the team may be ruled ineligible for play. Additionally, if your team manager/representative is absent two consecutive meetings your team will lose its voting privileges for the team at Managers' Council Meetings. 

Spring Season Managers' Council Meetings are scheduled and posted on the website calendar beginning at 7:00 PM, in Room 106 of The Montrose Center, located at 401 Branard Street, Houston, TX 77006 (unless otherwise posted or notified). The Managers' Council Meeting Minutes will be posted once approved by the Managers' Council and are reflected by a blue link.

4. FINANCIAL!  Contact:  Treasurer Corey Allen

Note: Managers, once you have paid the Team Entry Fee, you may as a one time usage register one (1) Playing member OR two (2) Non-playing members for your team in LeagueApps. Do not pay the original member invoice, the Treasurer will apply the necessary deductions to the invoice in LeagueApps.  Send an email to the Treasurer requesting a credit and include the name and the invoice number for the individual.
