using the following method: {Wins + 1/2(Number
of ties)} / Total Games Played
If a team plays a contest that results in a
tie, it is counted as 1/2 win and 1/2 loss when
determining their winning percentage.

Schedule Update
During the first four weeks of the schedule (Games
1 – 8), each team in the Eastern Conference will
play the other teams in the Eastern Conference
1 time.
During the first four weeks of the schedule (Games
1 – 8), each team in the Western Conference will
play the other teams in the Western Conference
1 time.
After the week 4 games are complete, all teams
in each conference will be ranked in their Conference
according to the established determination for
rankings in division: Highest won/ loss percentages.
If two or more teams finish with identical won,
loss and tied percentages, the following steps
shall be taken until the tie is broken:
A. Best record in head to head competition.
B. Best record in head to head competition with
the higher placed teams from first place down
until the tie is broken.
C. Coin flip.
Rain out games – during the first 4 weeks every
attempt will be made to make up any rain out games
before the week 4 deadline. Only completed games
will count toward the week 4 rankings.

Teams and Season Preview
Teams
There are 19 teams in the D Division, and the
division is divided into two conferences.
Season Preview
Last year the Vipers and Legal Eagles finished
atop of the D Division and were representatives
at the 2007 GSWS. In the wildly competitive D
Division, will they have enough to repeat as league
champs or will one of the new teams such as the
Bam Bam's, Diablitas, Dragons, Diablos, or Incredibles
emerge to unseat them? Also, watch for seasoned
teams like the Angels, Budlight, Dream Team, Herricanes,
Justice League, Sharks, Splash, Swallows, Warriors,
Wave, and Xtremes to make a run for for the MSL
crown and a trip to Seattle.
Buckle up folks, because this division is always
full of surprises with 18 teams this year working
towards victory.
