This page will include all the information that you will need to register your team for the 2010 MSL Spring League.
Registration and Roster Day Information
Registration and Roster Day will be held on Wednesday, February 24, at the Montrose Counseling Center (MCC) in Room 112. The MCC is located on 401 Branard. This is a mandatory meeting and all paperwork, including players, non-players, teams, and sponsors, and monies are due on that day. The registration process is divided by division and so managers should arrive accordingly.

- C Division

The following fees are due on Registration and Roster Day:
Sponsorship Dues - $500
Playing Member - $80 per person
Non-playing Member - $40 per person
Playing Sponsor Member - $40 per person
Team Information Forms
You will need to complete the following forms for Registration and Roster Day on February 24, 2010. You will turn this forms in during registration so make a copy for your records.

This form will help you organize you during the registration process. Use this checklist to ensure you have completed all the necessary forms to register your team. Fill this out with your team name ONLY. The rest will be completed by the Board. |

| Player Roster |
We will send managers a Player Roster From after February 17 (a week before Registration and Roster Day). This roster will include ONLY the players that have registered so far.
This form will include all paid members with signatures. You must have a minimum of 10 players registered with signatures and dues paid/waived (max of 18 playing members). Every member of your team listed on your roster must register online, even if you’ve added them manually to your Player Registration/Roster. Every individual (playing or non-playing; paying dues or dues waived) seeking membership must complete the registration process - NO EXCEPTIONS. |
| Team/Player Ratings Form |
| This form must include 2010 revised ratings (existing players) and initial ratings (new players) of all players listed on your Team Roster form. The 2010 revised/initial ratings will be given to you by the Competition Coordinator and/or Player Ratings Committee Chair. Signatures on this form are not required for registration purposes. |
| Team Sponsor Application Form |
| This form must be completed and signed by your Sponsor or designee. Sponsorship dues must accompany this form (online payment or Check/M.O. – NO CASH). Please ensure that your Sponsor indicates who will be accepting the Sponsor Playing/Non-Playing memberships. REMINDER: Each of these designees also needs to complete the online registration form. |
