First and foremost, thank you for sponsoring an MSL team for the 2010 MSL Spring League. Without your support, much of what we do is not possible.

Team Sponsor Application Form
This form must be completed and signed by your Sponsor or designee. Sponsorship dues must accompany this form (online payment or Check/M.O. – NO CASH). Please ensure that your Sponsor indicates who will be accepting the Sponsor Playing/Non-Playing memberships. REMINDER: Each of these designees also needs to complete the online registration form.

Payment Process
You can make your sponsorship payment online using GooglePay or by check or money order. You can make payment to the Montrose Softball League.
