2011 Playing and Non-Playing Member / Online Payment

Online payment for the 2011 MSL Season is now available. Unlike last year, playing and non-playing members will not complete a separate registration form. This form has been replaced by the Signature page that your manager or coach will have in their Team Registration packet. You MUST ensure your personal information is accurate and then sign the Signature page. Once you do that, you will be registered for the 2012 MSL Season.

2. Click Continue to secure payment form. You will leave the MSL web site and go to a highly secure payment form.
3. Complete the online payment form.
